At Portafly, we are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch Time

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. You can track your order's progress using this number.
Package Control
Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping company, which assumes full control of the delivery process from that point onward.

Retuned Packages
If the shipping company cannot deliver your package and it is returned:
The package will be sent to the shipping company’s distribution center rather than back to Portafly’s warehouse.
